Refund Policy

Our digital services are delivered online, which allows you full access from the moment of the purchase.

All transactions are final. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of content, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement of the content or refund of the price paid, as determined by Company Name.

We may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles us to a corresponding counterclaim.

Refunds will be evaluated case by case. Where possible, refunds will be issued to the payment method used to make the purchase.
